RENOWNED DUTCH YACHT BUILDER HAKVOORT TO FEATURE IN 'LUXURY YACHTS OF THE WORLD - VOL. 3 - 2010

A century of shipbuilding experience, traditional values of craftsmanship, the latest technologies and the finest equipment and fittings - these are the ingredients that make a Hakvoort yacht so special.

Featuring in the book 'Luxury Yachts Of The World', Hakvoort will display it's designs for yachts currently under construction, as well as it's latest launchings, including the stylish 45-metre motor yacht 'My Trust'. This beautiful yacht brings an entirely new meaning to the expression Going Dutch. As well as being built to the highest Dutch standards by Hakvoort, BN 241 has been designed by Cor de Rover. Felix Buytendijk is responsible for the interior design brief and naval architecture is carried out by Diana Yacht Design. Moreover, she is the first yacht to be built for chartering under the new Dutch government rules for Commercial Cruising Vessels (CCV). Designed for long range ocean cruising, BN 241 is also built to Lloyds and MCA.

She has the perfect length and layout for chartering carrying 10 guests including the owners, and offering accommodation for a captain and 8 crew members.

Her main deck features a master stateroom plus owners office, saloon and dining area. A lounge with bar is also found on the bridge deck as well as the captains cabin. A wealth of outdoor relaxation facilities include large open seating areas on the aft decks and a sun deck with bar, Jacuzzi and pads. Good accommodation for up to ten guests, and nine crew is found on the cabin deck, which also houses the engine room in the aft part.
