Three years later after the great success of the first Man of Steel, Heesen is extremely
honoured to launch the second Man of Steel, a 50 meter displacement motor yacht for the
same owner. It is the largest designed and built displacement yacht in the 30 years of
Heesen's history which makes this launching even more special.

During the last phase of the construction of the first 37 meter Man of Steel, ideas were born
to develop a full customized displacement yacht. These ideas have been carried out and
three years ago when the 37 meter was delivered the contract for the beautiful 50 meter
project was signed.

In every aspect it can be said that the match of exterior design by Omega and Heesen
and the interior by Mr. MarcWallace has proven to be excellent. The interior of this stunning
vessel is a fine combination of the use of Macassar veneer with Black Steel accents and
various features as stone floors and an illuminated MD lobby floor. All is completed with a
fine mixture of an excellent fabric selection. Layout with spectacular owner’s area on the
Wheelhousedeck, Vip stateroom with open able balcony, spacious salon / dining area on the
maindeck, 3 guest cabins with entertainment room on the lowerdeck. This and many more
have contributed to this very unique yacht.

Man of Steel will depart at the beginning of November to the North Sea for seatrials.
